I have to admit that I absolutely ADORE the E-Trade commercials with the babies.  I have no interest in E-Trade and have never done business with them and am not affiliated with them in any way, shape, or form.  Neither will I profit from my blog entry about them.  Nor am I, by embedding this hilarious video in my blog, endorsing anything or anyone, anywhere, anyhow!  There….that oughtta satisfy the lawyers.  Well…probably not, but hey, I TRIED.  Regardless of the furor over this particular commercial because a certain actress who shall, in this blog remain nameless, has decided that she should be financially rewarded for behavior that might attract public and media attention, be it positive or negative, I am taking a stand.  I am embedding the video.  Why?  Because it makes me SMILE.  It makes me chuckle.  And frankly, in this world where little boys lose their hair and suffer unspeakably from cancer that keeps them from playing baseball in the sunshine, a smile and a chuckle are well worth having.  If laughter is the best medicine, then let’s LAUGH.  And if a silly commercial with talking babies makes us laugh, then let’s view the silly commercial!  ‘Nuff said.
