Cameron’s mom posted yesterday evening that the day before had been THE worst day for Cam in all the months that they’ve been battling JMML at CMH in Kansas City. Knowing how horrid some days have been, I wept when I read these words from Jen. There is such weariness, such sadness, such frustration… And yet, there is still determination to not give up the fight, to never surrender to the demons of JMML and GVHD. The white flag will never be raised. As long as little Cameron continues to fight, so shall we all.
